Two killed in airstrike on residential building in Kyiv - emergency services
Two people have been killed in an airstrike that hit a residential building in Kyiv, according to Ukraine's state emergency service.
Another 35 people were rescued.
Negotiations between Russian and Ukrainian representatives are set to resume
More than 4,000 people left the besieged city of Mariupol on Monday with more evacuation efforts planned today.
