197 Million Ugx Collected In A Fundraising Dinner For West Ruwenzori Diocese

In a fundraising dinner organized for the newly formed diocese of West Ruwenzori, 197 million shillings were able to be collected.
Hon Harriet Ntabazi the state Minister for trade is the chairperson organizing committee and she appreciated those that contributed and invited Ugandans to attend the consecration on 27th August 2023.
The Dinner was attended by The Rt Rev Reuben Kisembo Bishop Ruwenzori who thanked the people of Bundibugyo for the cooperation they gave for the 12 years he has served them as Bishop.
The Bishop-elect, Rev Barnabas Tibaijuka noted that Christians in Bundibugyo had been missing out on services since Its Rutooro that was being used and natives didn't know it.
