Adopt The Culture Of Saving Consistently– Public Advised
In the last three years, Uganda’s economy has been greatly affected by the Covid 19 pandemic, High fuel prices, Ebola, among other factors that hindered the livelihoods of communities, businesses, agriculture and other sectors.
However, some people who have pressed on have managed to improve their livelihoods in the same season.
On the streets of Kampala, we ask people if they have registered any successes this year.
They say that they managed to reach their goals by developing a culture of saving.
Bob Twinomugisha, an Economist stresses the need for Ugandans to involve themselves into productive investment in order to improve their livelihoods.
Whereas many people tend to spend unnecessarily during the festive season, it is important to be mindful of the future.
Proverbs Chapter 10 Verse 4 says, Lazy hands make for poverty, but diligent hands bring wealth.
