Another ADF Commander Killed In DRC by UPDF

Yesterday, 9th July, UPDF under operation Shujja with Congolese FARDC, killed one of the most wanted ADF commanders, Lubanga Kane under Amigo’s camp in Mwalika valley, during a counter-terror operation in Eastern DRC.
Police Spokesperson, Fred Enanga applauded the forces, noting that they recovered 2 guns and so far 34 ADF suspects have been arrested hiding in Kisege village, Karugutu sub-county, Ntoroko District.
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni last month said a total of 508 ADF combatants have been put out of action and 109 SMGs, five PKMs, and three RPGs recovered since the operation started in November 2021.
