Archbishop Kaziimba Arrives in Kinkizi Diocese for Pastoral Visit and Silver Jubilee Celebrations
The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda, The Most Rev. Dr. Stephen Samuel Kaziimba Mugalu, has this afternoon arrived in the Diocese of Kinkizi, Kanungu District, to preside over the 25th wedding anniversary celebrations of the Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev. Dan Zoreka, and Mama Flora Zoreka, which will take place tomorrow at St. Peter's Cathedral, Nyakatare.
On arrival, Archbishop Kaziimba was warmly received by Bishop Dan Zoreka, clergy, and Christians. Among those present were Canon Frank Twine and his wife, Canon Christine Twine, and Mr. Gad Rugaju, the Deputy Resident District Commissioner, among others.
The Archbishop is expected to lead Sunday Service at St. Andrew's Kihihi Church of Uganda and conduct other ministerial obligations within the Diocese.
