
Archbishop Kazimba Mugalu Urges Christians To Focus On God In 2024
The Archbishop of the Church of Uganda His Grace Steven Kaziimba Mugalu has called upon Christians to focus on God for 2024 to be a prosperous and blessed year.
The Archbishop made the call as he delivered his sermon at St Steven’s Church of Uganda - Kisugu during the Cross over overnight for 2024.
Christians across the country welcomed the new year 2024 in power and worship, thanking God for 2023 and blessing him for the new year.
At St Steven’s Church of Uganda- Kisugu the Archbishop of the Church of Uganda His Grace Steven Kaziimba Mugalu led the congregation into the year 2024.
During his sermon, the Archbishop called upon Christians to embrace the year 2024 trusting in God the author and Finisher of their faith.
The Archbishop called on Christians to fear no because God is leaving all their bondage in the year 2023.
He also blessed the Christians to enter the year with no blemish but as clean children of God.
Namirembe Cathedral also caught fire as believers eagerly waited for the new year 2024.
Archbishop Steven Kaziimba Mugalu appealed to believers to welcome the year by loving one another and also living a life that glorifies God.
At Uganda Martyrs Church- Namugongo, Christians rejoiced to the Lord for ushering them into the new year.
Here, the Vicar Uganda Martyrs Rev. Esao Bossa Kimangye and Assistant Vicar Rev. Grace Joram Kavuma led the service. These encouraged Christians to stick to the word of God in the year 2023.
