Bishop Luwalira Leads A thanks Giving Service For Ambassador Kirumira At The Namibian Consulate

Today the Bishop of Namirembe Diocese, The Rt. Rev. Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira visited and led a Thanksgiving service at the Namibian Consulate in Kampala.

The service was anchored by thanking the Lord for the appointment of Godfrey Kirumira as the Ambassador of Namibia to Uganda.

Bishop Luwalira encouraged people to always give thanks to God for the good things he does in their lives.

Shortly after Bishop Luwalira had left, the roman catholic Bishop of Kasana Luwero dioces also came in for a courtesy visit.

After he was appointed the Ambassador of Namibia to Uganda, HE Godfrey Kalule Kirumira opted to give thanks to the Lord thus inviting Rt Rev Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira of Namirembe Diocese.

During his Sermon, Bishop Luwalira encouraged Christians to always give thanks to the Lord. He says this is a norm taught since childhood.

According to Rt Rev Wilberforce Luwalira, Ugandans should be proud and celebrate those who get elevated to bigger positions.

The Bishop cautioned those who do not work and yet want to get reminding them that God only blesses the works of a working man’s hands. He also appreciated the hardworking people stating that they shall always reap big.

Godfrey Kirumira appreciated the Bishop's visit. Kirumira noted that his role is to unite the two nations and revealed his plans to take business people to Namibia very soon.

It was double blessings shortly after Bishop Luwalira left, a Roman Catholic prelate Lawrence Mukasa Bishop of Kasana Luwero came in too for a courtesy visit.

Bishop Lawrence noted that his visit was to physically appreciate the Ambassador for the great things he is doing for the Church.
