Bishop Nsereko To Revival Brethren: "Live As Citizens Of God's Kingdom"
West Buganda Diocese Bishop, Rt Rev Gaster Nsereko has exhorted members of the East African Revival Fellowship in his diocese, to reflect the lifestyle of Jesus Christ whom they accepted as their personal Lord and Savior, believing in their hearts that He resurrected (Romans 10:8-9)
The bishop gave this exhortation yesterday, Thursday, 10 April 2025, to a group of East African Revival Fellowship members in West Buganda who had paid him a visit to congratulate and pray with him and Maama Sarah.
The brethren were led by Rev. Canon Rose Kayiira (priest in retirement), who is the revival team leader in the diocese.
Bishop Nsereko and Maama Sarah are products of this fellowship, and before their transfer to Kakoma, they were known to fellowship at Kako (local church weekly fellowship) as well as at Kijjabwemi for the diocesan monthly fellowship.
With humility, Bishop Nsereko requested the brethren to always pray for him. "Episcopal ministry is not easy, but with God's enabling grace, we can do all things." Bishop Nsereko noted.
Certainly, this request goes to us all. Our bishop and other spiritual leaders need our prayers. It is what the Bible tells us to do (1 Timothy 2:1-2).
Hence our need to pray and support our Father in the Lord, who called us to consecrate ourselves to the Lord and build West Buganda Diocese.
