
Bishop Twinomujuni Urges Christians To Prepare For Their Retirement Stage

Bishop of West Ankole Diocese RT REV Johnson Twinomujuni has called upon Christians to always prepare for their retirement stages to live a happy life after office work. Bishop of West Ankole Diocese RT REV Johnson Twinomujuni made the remarks while bidding farewell to Rev Canon Dr. John Kateeba outgoing Coordinator of West Ankole Diocese Kampala Fellowship at All Saints Nakaseero.
Christians from West Ankole Diocese Kampala Fellowship have given farewell to their outgoing coordinator Rev Cano John Kateeba and His wife for the work they have done since 2017. This follows Bishop Twinomujuni's appointment new coordinator Rev Anthony Kamukama recently. The farewell commenced with the thanksgiving service with the Bishop of West Ankole Diocese Rt. Rev Johnson Twinomujuni was the main celebrant.
The service was also attended by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt Hon Thomas Tayebwa who was also accompanied by his wife. In his preaching, Bishop of West Ankole Diocese RT REV Johnson Twinomujuni called upon Christians to always prepare for their retirement stages to live a happy life after office work.
Bishop says that people should learn to prepare for their retirement stage to avoid encountering many challenges after office. He emphasized issues that may generate incomes that people should put in place to help them after retiring.
Bishop Twinomujuni also urged Christians to make friends, and trust God.
Deputy Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon Thomas Tayebwa who was the chief guest applauded Rev Canon Dr John Kateeba outgoing Coordinator of West Ankole Diocese Kampala Fellowship for the work he has done since 2017.
Hon Tayebwa commended people from West Ankole Diocese for the unity they have especially in supporting the church to grow.
Rev Canon Dr. John Kateeba outgoing Coordinator of West Ankole Diocese Kampala Fellowship in his remarks said that he has been coordinating the fellowship since 2017 and that much had been achieved in his term of office.
He however revealed some of the challenges he encountered during his leadership. He urged the incoming coordinator to be closer to the members of the fellowship for more improved work.
Rev Anthony Kamukama the Incoming new coordinator of West Ankole Diocese Kampala Fellowship applauded Rec Canon Kateeba for the work he has done promising to pick up from where he stopped.
He revealed where he is to put much focus during his term of office especially pastoral visits.
Lay Canon Dr. Apollo Buzaare Turyamusiima Laity Coordinator Kampala Fellowship West Ankole Diocese welcomed the new coordinator applauded the outgoing the work he has done, and revealed some of the expectations from the New coordinator.
