Carry-Out Trials for Herbal Medicine in the presence of Founders – President Museveni
President Yoweri Museveni has called upon scientists to work closely with innovators of herbal medicine especially by carrying out clinical trials in the presence of formulae founders in order to rule out mistrust.
The Presidents said this during a consultative meeting with a team of scientists from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, World Health Organization (WHO) and herbalists.
The President who commended herbal medicine as significant and incomparable said the process should help to identify the important elements which cure a given illness.
