The Rt. Rev. Dan Zoreka - Bishop, Diocese of Kigezi GAFCON 2023 has been a good conference for all people who are still believing in the scriptures and in the faith upon which we are all called Christians. He says GAFCON 4 is a turning event where the church needs to renew its commitment to follow Jesus Christ and also to hold up scriptures as given to us by the forefathers.
He defines the problem as people whom they call Heroitics who have decided to go their way, calling for the need to rely on the truth of the gospel as preached and put in the holy scriptures which is the bible.
The Bishop Diocese of Kigezi says that so far so good because they have heard deep reflection of scripture and they know Jesus as the only way, the truth, and life, and that is the basis of the Christian faith.
He encourages people not to be swept away by the current teachings of revisionists who want to turn the truth into falsehoods and advised the church to stick to the truth from God of the bible through Jesus Christ.
