Over 700 Christians attended the 1st Convention of Gayaza Archdeaconry under the leadership of Archdeacon Venerable Dunstan Kiwanuka Maziinga. Venerable Dunstan Kiwanuka stated that conventions at the archdeaconry level play a pivotal role in extending the gospel to many people.

He also highlighted the milestone they have achieved towards the construction of their new church in Gayaza Archdeaconry, worth 1.5 billion.

Gayaza Archdeaconry held its 1st Convention, with over 700 Christians in attendance and various preachers delivering messages.

Archdeacon Venerable Dunstan Kiwanuka of Gayaza Archdeaconry emphasized the importance of holding conventions at the archdeaconry level to extend the gospel to many people.

Venerable Dunstan Kiwanuka Maziinga also mentioned that they incorporated health aspects into the convention by sensitizing Christians on disease prevention, such as cancer, particularly cervical and prostate cancer.

Beatrice Muwanguzi, one of the preachers, emphasized the importance of giving tithes and other offerings in the church.

Venerable Dunstan also highlighted the milestone they have reached in the construction of their new church, which is worth 1.5 billion.

He mentioned that they have currently utilized 600 million and still require additional funds to complete the church, urging Christians to contribute towards its construction.

Paul Kizito, an Evangelist at Gayaza Archdeaconry, commended the Archdeacon for his efforts in ensuring the smooth progress of the new church construction.
