HR Professional Bill: MPS, HRS Begin Nationwide Consultations
Ramson
A group of members of parliament representing workers led by Margret Rwabushaijja and Arinaitwe Rwakajala together with the Human Resource Managers Association have started moving around the country consulting about the proposed Human Resource Managers Professional Bill 2023.
These believe the absence of a regulatory body to set and enforce the required professional standards for the effective movement of the most critical Human resource managers, has left many organizations operating unprofessional conduct.
Last week workers Mp Margret Rwabushaija sought leave of parliament to start processing the bill whose intention seeks to streamline the conduct and professionalism in the human resources fraternity.
The bill seeks to establish a council to regulate the sector and handle disputes arising from Human resources personnel and the institutions they manage among mothers.
