President Museveni hails Makerere ICT students for Huawei competition win
President Yoweri Museveni has congratulated Makerere University students for winning the Huawei ICT Competition for Sub Saharan Africa having beaten 19 Countries & 36 teams.
The completion was organised under the theme @ connection, glory, future”.
Makerere University Vice-Chancellor Professor Barnabas Nawangwe also congratulates the team that represented the country in South Africa saying “Uganda’s flag rises high again”.
President Museveni calls upon the team to use their skills to innovate and create jobs for themselves and others and wished them good luck in the global competitions.
