South Rwenzori Mother’s Union Resumes Grassroots Outreach
The South Rwenzori Diocesan Mothers’ Union has resumed its grassroots outreach programs and leadership induction following the re-election of Mrs Grace Kimekeke on March 12, 2026, for a second term.
The initiative is aimed at strengthening leadership and maintaining the active participation of women at the community level.
The first outreach was held at Kitholhu Archdeaconry headquarters in Ikobero, a mountainous area, where over 100 leaders attended the induction and presentation of the union’s strategic plan.
