Tough Times For PLE Candidates, Supervisors In Kasese

It was a tough day for the PLE supervisors in Kasese Municipality who were deployed in schools neighboring river Nyamwamba.

This follows heavy rains that poured a day before in the Rwenzori Mountains leaving the volume of the water level high.

PLE 2023 supervisors and exam distributors in Kasese Municipality have faced it rough as they forge way of reaching the center due to the rise in the water level of river Nyamwamba.

Schools like Mburakasaka and Masule Primary school all neighbouring river Nyamwamba in Kasese Municipality can only be accessible by crossing river Nyamwamba on foot.

The situation has put the PLE supervisors and other officials in fear especially if river Nyamwamba mis-behaves during the examination period.

By 10:00am some schools in Kasese Municipality had not received the first examination papers due to the delay in delivery.
