Government Condoles With The Omusinga Over The Death Of His Sister:Deceased Described As Hardworking And Loving
Government representatives were in Kasese to commiserate with the family of His Majesty Charles Wisely Mumbere, the Omusinga of Rwenzururu Kingdom, following the death of his sister Asinansi Muhindo Kunihira Kibanzanga, who died at the age of 72.
Addressing mourners, Rt. Hon. Dr. Chrispus Kiyonga, the 2nd Deputy Prime Minister, conveyed regards from the president of Uganda, Y. K. Museveni.
At the sendoff service for Asinansi Muhindo Kunihira Kibanzanga, the sister of His Majesty Charles Wisely Mumbere, the Omusinga of Rwenzururu, Rt. Hon. Dr. Chrispus Kiyonga, the 2nd Deputy Prime Minister said that government is mourning the loss of a strong person and they are deeply saddened
The Head of State also sent a message to the royal family urging them to be strong, praying that God gives them strength during this period of mourning.
Hon. Christopher Kibanzanga, the brother of the deceased, speaks of her as a hardworking person who never gave up on whatever project she started, making sure she saw it through to completion.
Rt. Hon. Benson Kule Balitazare, the Prime Minister of the Obusinga Bwa Rwenzururu, while reading the Omusinga's message, thanked the sister for the work she did during her time without segregating any clan
Several leaders from this district and others who attended the service had this to say about her.
The body of the deceased has been buried in Nyamirangara Village of Central Division, Kasese Municipality.
